As a result, Legal Era was the first organization to introduce these Young Achiever Awards to recognize their excellence and professional excellence across the industry. And with each passing year, we see extremely promising appointments of GCs under 40 years old taking on challenging global and pan-Indian roles. Only merit determines the winners, who are selected by an independent jury composed of the most prestigious names in the industry. Once applications are received, they go through levels of extensive research and industry evaluations to ensure that the selection and evaluation processes are rigorous and that all top jury members are equal, well-known or (relatively) unknown.
