This EZ-GO TXT Street Legal light kit includes two adjustable LED headlights, two LED taillights/stop lights, 12 volt plug & play wiring harness, turn signal with turn signal kit, 12 volt horn, brake switch, steering column cover, 12V outlet, push-pull switch, stainless steel mounting screws and an easy-to-install manual. To protect the lights of your new golf cart from burns, voltage reducers for 6V or 8V batteries are highly recommended. This Deluxe Street Legal* Club Car DS light set contains all the necessary components to equip your basket with headlights, taillights, turn signals, 4-way turn signals and stop lights. Our kits feature a mechanical brake switch (instead of a brake pressure pad) for professional and reliable installation.
This lighting package includes thick injection-molded plastic trim, bright LED headlights with LED position lights, and LED taillights. LED lights consume 1/3 of the energy needed by halogen bulbs, making them ideal for electric carts! If you are replacing an existing lighting set, please check the dimensions before ordering, as some DS cars had larger headlight assemblies installed. The headlight sets in this kit are not compatible with larger OEM style headlights due to the size of the opening. If there are no lights installed in your cart, you will need to use the included stencils to drill holes for headlights and for waist lights. The entire circuit consumes extremely low 9W DC, which is available on all modern battery-equipped or fuel-injected off-road bikes without the need for an upgraded stator. Bikes without battery or fuel injection require a 12V rechargeable battery of your choice. We recommend the Antigravity 4 cell because of its extremely small size and light weight. The “OEM” style is the larger style and the “aftermarket” style has a slightly smaller headlight body trim.
