Lawyers are limited to 12 credits of verifiable alternative learning formats per reporting period. However, attorneys who reside, work, and are licensed in a mandatory continuing education jurisdiction that allows 100% of continuing education courses to be taken by other verifiable learning formats can mutually fulfill their New Jersey continuing education obligation through 100% verifiable learning formats (Regulation 201:8).
